Summer may be drawing to a close, but there’s some fun special events next month that you will not want to miss!
Bob and Genese Sapp have graciously offered to host this get together at their lovely home that overlooks our beautiful Sequatchie Valley.
When: 5 to 8 pm Saturday, September 10th
Where: 36032 SR 30 West, Pikeville TN (directions below)
What: Chili and Hot Dogs! Please bring a side dish, a dessert and a chair!
Directions: Look for Mile Marker 7 on the guard rail on the south side of SR 30 west. Drive across the pond dam.
And LOOK! Two fun events at two famous family farms in the Cumberland area! You can attend both of these events on Saturday, September 17th. It’s just an hour’s drive from the Rose Family Farm to the Miller Farm!

Republican Caucus to name District 9 candidate
Putnam County will elect a commissioner to fill a vacancy in District 9 in the November 8th election. The Republican nominee will be selected by a caucus of bona fide Republican voters in the 9th District.
