The Road to 2026 Victories – Begins NOW!
Aren’t we all still pleased with the 2024 victories last November? 2025 is not an election year in Tennessee, but it is in several other states – New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Spring of 2026 will be primary season for many local offices, followed by state and statewide elections in the fall. It’s never too early to work toward victories. All elections matter from local to national.
Now is a great time to work on voter registration. Just look at the continuing trend in Florida’s voter registration below. Note that 2020 was the last year that Florida had more Democrats registered than Republicans. In a little over four years, the Republicans have come from behind to a record 1,249,086 voter registration advantage. All states, regardless of how blue or red, need to be working to register voters NOW!
How do you help? Get involved in your local party. Enjoy your summer by all means, but keep an eye toward your future and the future of your children and grandchildren. Stay informed of local and state level activities. Be prepared to support the party and candidates that support your values!
